Authors are recommended to submit their manuscripts as soon as they are ready， Ei Compendex， often called no-shows， please contact us at iitsoe@binus.edu. All of the paper that accepted and registered in IITSOE 2026 must be presented  at the conference. Papers not presented， are NOT published in IEEE Xplore . No refund of registration Fee for all  of registered papers. All of registered and presented papers will be submitted for possible inclusion in the IEEE Xplore. IEEE will check and decide whether those papers will be include in IEEE Xplore. IEEE indexing partners with independent abstracting and indexing (AI) services will evaluate IITSOE 2026 papers for consideration in their online products including SCOPUS。
