What is Csrss.exe? 2 process are seen in task manager?

it just doesn't open the location， same with properties. How can I find out whether they are malicious? Could someone tell me how to check， there is 2 processes running. I cannot open the file location via right clicking the process in task manager， Ok， and if they are then how to remove as I have no idea.
