I didn’t pay half a grand to be a lab rat， having us sign a form for issues when we have clearly stated issues on the forum comes off as you guys not wanting to take the time to directly address the community and offloading the work to either a single individual (who idk is even aware of just the amount of work you have given them in terms of the scope of the amount of issues that need to be reported and catalogued) or a simple form you can have an AI sort through and categorize. I think instead of having Simmons or a form here we should have you guys directly interact with your community especially when it comes to this software. You guys promised us open source but from the outside I see no actual signs of this change. Theres hardly a change log that addresses user issues (unless im ignorant and missed something)。
