we roast and glaze our Irish hams so they are super succulent and tasty and we smoke the finest of Irish chicken breast on our own smoker which produces an incredible juicy and balanced flavour for our pizzas. ， We hand-roll our dough daily and have a 48-hour fermentation process so the dough is light， crispy and easy to digest so you can save room for the wings! To keep our food tasting fresh and flavourful， we roast all our own vegetables in-house，。
