输入cd desktop 3. 运行hello.py，。

输入python hello.py 但结 ，过程很简单 1.在桌面建立一个文本文档hello.py，要把文件属性改为py 2.在DOS中进入桌面， 本人系统：win7 python版本：3.8 自己通过视频学习python的时候遇到的第一个问题就是： python: can't open file 'hello.py': [Errno 2] No such file or directory， 就是通过终端命令方式的去运行自己写在文本文档里的数据。
