The feature doesn’t seem to be available on all accounts yet. You can see if you have the old appeals portal page or the new safety dashboard available by looking at: https://www.roblox.com/help-safety If it shows “Account Status” then you should be eligible: image 1104×592 27.2 KB But if it shows the old “Violations Appeals” page， perhaps they are experimenting still or it is actually a bug but i kind of doubt it ，。

then i believe you aren’t eligible yet: image 1076×434 17.3 KB I did check this feature out a week or two ago and it seems to be account specific. If you switch accounts， some of your accounts might have this feature already I’m not exactly sure why it’s like this though。
