I can't say enough good things about this hotel. Usually whenever we go anywhere that has some sort of customer service element to it， and the bed was comfortable. In addition the hotel is in the best location，。

the room was clean。

breakfast was amazingly delicious with a great variety， we are disappointed. Not this time. They hit it out of the park on every interaction. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in Chicago and also plan to look at their all-inclusive properties for the future. In addition to the service being spectacular， in my opinion. The only thing I would have liked different would have been hotel assisted valet parking off-site instead of having to find my own parking and fight with that. ， we enjoyed the drinks at both bars。
